7 months old today! We grow to love you more and more with each passing day even though it doesn't seem possible:)
Tid bits from your past month:
•Obviously by now you have grown to be very interactive and social and your brothers are loving it:) You laugh and smile so much!
• Weight: 14.6lbs and 25.5 inches long
• You are sitting up so well on your own now! You pretty much don't ever fall over unless you had some 'help' from one of your brothers;)
•Mobility:
As of the past week you have become interested in rolling over all the time! Now you do it every time your on the floor and started to at night now as well. Just as I'm typing this I'm watching you roll over then Breyton rolls you back to your back and you repeat..while laughing lol. You have made a few attempts at pulling your legs up under you to practice for future crawling.
You can get around though! You move yourself across the whole room just by kicking and scooting with your legs.
• Babbling, squealing, and growling sooo much! You love to growl..part of me wonders if it's bc you hear your brothers doing it all the time. Also, started babbling 'dada'. Breyton gets all excited and says, "She's saying dada!!". I know it's not directed to daddy yet, but your getting good practice in!
• Still breast feeding every 2.5-3hrs. Gone are the days of our peaceful nursing sessions...sigh. Now you are kicking, swatting me with your arm, clawing at my chest with your nails, biting down with gums, or trying to turn and see what's going on in the room every 5 seconds. Hahaha Oh, the joys:)
Also, having some trouble with you preferring one side! Never happened with Breyton as a baby or with you until now. Does not seem to be causing much of a problem though!
• Still enjoying solids! You eat one 'meal' everyday and occasionally eat two. You finish about 3/4 of a jar at this point.
•Sleep: First half of this month you were not doing well at night at all. Waking every 2-3 hrs! Then while we were gone on our mini trip you started waking every 2hrs or more! Not fun at all. Now as of past week you are sleeping 4-5 hr stretch at first then about every 3-4 hrs after...so it's a little better again:)
• First Easter and first little family vacation this past month!
•Love your exersaucer and starting to enjoy bouncing in it.
• Your favorite things are playing in water, being outside, watching your brothers play, and being silly with mom/dad. You are very ticklish:)
• No teeth yet! Still chewing on everything.
•First pedicure this month...given by mom of course.
•Your hair is coming back in thicker and lighter..no more falling out! Still bluish -hazel eyes. Dark blue on the outer rim and hazel in the middle currently.
